Safire® Flame retardants
Safire® Flame retardants are a new class of halogen-free flame retardants which meet the requirements of electronic industry.The products are based on N- and P-containing Organic-Inorganic Polymeric Hybrid Materials. These products work as synergists in combination with different organic as well as inorganic halogen-free retardants like Metal phosphinates, metal phosphonates, Aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, polyols etc.
Safire® flame retardants improve FR performance in several substrates like, PA 6, PA 6.6, PE, EVA, Epoxy, Polyesters and like.
- Safire® 400: Melamine-poly(zinc phosphate)
- Safire® 200: Melamine-ploy(aluminium phosphate)
The main advantages are:
